This project takes the place of the demolished Meydan Beach Club.
The building was previously intended to be a Corinthia Hotel & Residences but has since been taken over by FIVE Hotels and Resorts FIVE Beach will have 227 hotel suites and 102 serviced residences.
Amenities will include a beach restaurant, a beach club, a pool bar and grill, a spa café, nightlife venues, a social pool and a private beach.
The hotel will host Lío Ibiza, an avant-garde interpretation of traditional cabaret in a purpose-built dome known as the ‘Pearl of Dubai‘ which will look like a floating shell emerging from the sea.
The Five Luxe promises an extensive array of food and beverage venues with seven distinctive eateries and nightlife spots, notably Playa Pacha, a concept brought to Dubai by the Pacha Group, which will host lively all-day pool and beach events.
The opulent Baller Suite and the music-themed Five Vibe Suite boast expansive terraces with sea views and facilities such as private DJ booths and dance floors, as well as spa and relaxation amenities.
In 2025 the hotel plans to introduce Lío Dubai, a Spanish cabaret show that combines performance with fine dining, designed with a unique architectural concept symbolising a ‘Floating Oyster emerging from the Sea’.
In addition to the F&B experiences the is the ReFIVE Spa, promising high-end treatments, traditional rituals, and a state-of-the-art gym with a rooftop terrace.
